Yes All items sold on MaoMao are 100% authentic and brand new. We are only selling genuine and brand new items and we Never even think to sell fakes / replica items. We obtain the items directly from brand owners and suppliers.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes. You need to register and set up an account on our web. So, you are able to enjoy the following benefits through your account:

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MaoMao ACCEPT?
Currently, Maomao accept Bank Transfer ( BCA ) , and Credit cards.
HOW DO I CONFIRM MY PAYMENT AFTER I MADE A PAYMENT?
You just need to open our website and login to your account. Click your order history and click the ‘confirm’ button on your latest order. Then, please kindly fill the short form to confirm your payment.
CAN I CANCEL MY PURCHASE ORDER AFTER PAYING?
Once the order is placed and paid, we are doing our best to ensure the purchase order is processed and shipped as fast as possible. We are unable to cancel once it is processed. We kindly suggest you to check and ensure of your orders before the payment confirmation.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
We do not accept return or exchange.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE? HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?
For Domestic Shipment We use JNE (www.jne.co.id)
JNE OKE : 3-5 days shipping
JNE REG : 2-3 days shipping
JNE YES : 1 day shipping
For International Shipment, we use Express Mail Service (EMS). Usually, EMS will deliver your goods within 7-10 working days. But, please mind your local custom which may delay the delivery day. Please also we are not responsible with any custom tax / duty occurred. Customer must bear these extra charges. For international shipping, please kindly contact us directly as we do not provide it on our website.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
No, your package will be sent with JNE or EMS. Insurance is optional. Please let us know if you need to insure your package.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting “My Account” followed by “Order Status”.
